Due to our wonderful location in the heart of Trancoso´s historical square known as the “Quadrado” or Praça São João Batista (Saint John the Baptist Square), our guests are given the opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of this large, green space with lovely old trees that provide cool shade for relaxation. With its two rows of colourful houses, highlighting the magnificent historical Church and the viewpoint overlooking the coast, the square is just several minutes walk away from the magnificent beaches this region is famous for.

Nothing could be better than falling asleep to the sound of the ocean at night, and waking up in the morning hearing the birds singing.
